We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll help schedule service calls, coordinate with technicians, solve customer problems, and keep operations running smoothly.

We are seeking a Lead Install Crew Driver (CDL-A) to join our growing installation division. This is a critical role responsible for transporting equipment and materials, coordinating daily logistics, supporting installation crews, and helping ensure projects start on time and stay on schedule.
This is not just a driving position. The Lead Install Crew Driver works directly with the Install Manager, Foremen, Suppliers, and Field Crews to ensure the right materials, equipment, and resources are where they need to be every day.
Responsibilities
Transport excavators, skid steers, backhoes, loaders, and construction equipmentHaul septic tanks, precast rings, manholes, pipe, stone, sand, RCA, topsoil, and other construction materialsPick up materials from suppliers, precast yards, and vendor locationsLoad and unload equipment and materials safely and efficientlyReview daily load sheets and material listsCoordinate directly with the Install Manager regarding project schedules and material requirementsCommunicate with Foremen throughout the day regarding deliveries, job progress, and additional material needsVerify all materials, fittings, and equipment are delivered accurately and on timeMaintain delivery tickets, receipts, and load documentationSecure loads in accordance with DOT regulations and company standardsPerform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspectionsKeep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and professionalAssist installation crews with minor labor tasks when deliveries are completedHelp unload materials, stage equipment, prepare job sites, and support crews as neededTake ownership of job site logistics and help keep projects running efficientlyQualifications
Valid CDL-A LicenseManual transmission experience required (8LL and 18-Speed)Experience hauling heavy equipment and construction materialsExperience in the septic, cesspool, excavation, utility, sitework, asphalt paving, trucking, or construction industries requiredExperience operating or transporting excavators, skid steers, and heavy equipment requiredStrong communication and organizational skillsKnowledge of load securement and DOT regulationsClean driving recordDependable, punctual, and team-orientedWillingness to perform physical labor and assist crews when neededWhat We Offer
