    Your Role as a Dental Assistant

    Assist endodontists chairside during root canals, retreatments, and surgical proceduresPrepare operatories and sterilize instruments according to OSHA standardsCapture and process digital x-rays for diagnostic accuracyMaintain a clean, organized workspace and manage supply inventoryProvide patient education on post-procedure care and ensure comfort throughout each visitSupport the front office and ensure a seamless patient experience

    What We’re Looking For

    High school diploma or equivalent (required)Dental Assistant certification or completion of a CODA-accredited program (preferred)DANB CDA, ICE, RHS, and CPR certifications (preferred)Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience (specialty experience a plus)Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a team-first mindset
