We have an exciting opportunity for a Structural Dynamics Engineer to join the team with JETS II.
This position will be performing structural dynamic analysis on spacecraft and lunar vehicles in multiple NASA human spaceflight programs. This includes Orion, Gateway, Human Landing System, Commercial Crew Program, Lunar Terrain Vehicle, Pressurized Rover, and others. The position will include some of the following duties and responsibilities:
Perform finite element model checks, dynamic model reductions, coupled loads analysis, and interpret resultsPerform dynamic analyses using commercial and in-house codes, write new simulation scripts and code, typically with Python, as neededPerform vibroacoustic analysis on finite element models in preparation for acoustic and random vibration testsPerform modal analysis on finite element models in preparation for modal testsIdentify critical modes for a component or integrated systemReview and process modal and structural data (analytical and test)Develop and/or review test plans and procedures, documenting test resultsPerform signal processing on analytical and/or test dataPerform model correlation by adjusting analytical models based on test data to better align the model with actual hardwarePerform other duties as required

The Senior Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:
• Contribute to the development and deployment of program information security for assigned systems to meet the program and enterprise requirements, policies, standards, guidelines and procedures
