As a technology-focused boutique advisory firm, we offer an exceptional opportunity for Associates to develop strategic advisory skills and to gain a deep understanding of the broader technology industry. Associates will be actively involved in all aspects of the M&A process from client development to transaction closing, and work closely with senior team members, client management teams and leading technology-focused private equity and publicly-traded firms.  Ideal candidates should bring experience in corporate finance, corporate strategy and / or financial valuation and analysis.
