An interest in automotive and manufacturing engineeringA Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, or Mechanical EngineeringSound knowledge of MS Office and working knowledge of CAD design programs such as SolidWorks.Knowledge of machiningKnowledge of lean and just-in-time manufacturingStrong project management and organizational skillsAbility to problem solve in an organized strategic manner.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quicklyAbility to simultaneously manage multiple projects and deadlinesA self-driven personalityA solid work ethicThis list is not all inclusive and may vary depending upon day to day business operations
