Job Description Summary As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will help to design, build, and maintain software platforms. You will be responsible for configuring and customizing the platform to meet the organization's needs, developing and maintaining applications, workflows, and integrations, and ensuring the platform's stability, security, and performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, build out solution designs, and ensure the scalability and efficiency of platform architectures. This role involves automating tasks to improve efficiency and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure successful implementation and utilization of the platform. Your efforts will enable the organization to streamline processes, improve service delivery, and enhance overall productivity Job Description Responsibilities * Design, implement, and manage software platforms, including applications, workflows, integrations, and cloud infrastructure. * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, build solution designs, and ensure scalability, resiliency, and efficiency of platform architectures. * Ensure the security of the platform and the data it handles, implementing security controls to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access. * Develop and implement platform strategies to improve efficiency through automation and enhance user and developer experience. * Monitor system performance and health, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide technical support for cloud-based services. * Create system guidelines, process documentation, and training materials for the organization. * Install, upgrade, and maintain underlying infrastructure, enabling systems with automated monitoring and alerting. * Understand and respond to emerging requirements and ambiguous technology decisions. * Design, implement and deliver cloud-based solutions at scale for a global organization supporting multiple entities, tailored to meet organizational needs, and support technology stack refresh when required, with security and process as a critical requirement. * Manage IT and business unit projects related to collaboration solutions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and migrations. * Maintain and improve continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes and pipelines. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, a related field or equivalent education/experience and 5-7 years of related work experience * Proven experience as a Platform Engineer or similar role. * Proficiency in working with containers and supporting tools. * Strong understanding of cloud technologies, DevOps processes and automation of services. * Proficiency with AWS and HPE Greenlake. * Proficiency with modern platform technologies (i.e. Docker and Kubernetes). * Experience with CI/CD tools and practices (i.e. Harness, AWS Codepipeline, etc.). * Experience with automation and scripting tools (i.e. Python, Bash/Shell, etc.) * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Proven ability to apply critical thinking to business demands * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Holistic understanding of the internet and hosting from the network layer up through the application layer. * Flexibility and adaptability to change, and continuous learning mindset. Job Description Summary Oversee the onboarding of new plan sponsor retirement plans and the conversion of existing plans from other providers. Provide customized service and communications throughout the installation process to ensure deliverables are met. Manage relationships with plan sponsors, financial advisors, third party administrators, and associated stakeholders. The intermediate role is responsible for onboarding small to mid-size plan sponsors. Job Description Responsibilities Transition * Manage the installation of defined contribution retirement plans, during start up or conversion, for single employer and multiple employer plans. * Analyze deliverable dates and timetables to create detailed project plans encompassing all aspects of the installation. * Evaluate timelines for liquidation of investments and receipt of plan data from prior providers in consideration of SOX blackout and plan effective dates. * Determine education options and delivery methods best suited for plan sponsors and participants, and coordinate with trainers to initiate. * Manage transition of funds out of blackout to the service team within set timetable.
