Aegis Worldwide is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead industrial maintenance operations and ensure peak equipment reliability, facility efficiency, and team performance. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with expertise in preventive maintenance, facilities management, equipment maintenance, and mechanical/electrical systems. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily maintenance operations for production equipment and facility systems, including Fresh Pack equipment, overhead doors, lighting, plumbing, and HVAC. Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to maintenance supervisors, shift teams, and support staff. Oversee preventive maintenance programs, parts inventory, and cost-containment initiatives. Troubleshoot and optimize hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems. Plan and execute capital projects, equipment upgrades, and facility improvements. Track and report equipment downtime, repair costs, and future maintenance projections. Qualifications: 4-year technical degree or equivalent; certifications in Electrical, Boilers, Hydraulics, Welding, OSHA, or Wastewater Treatment are a plus. 10+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, facilities management, project leadership, or preventive maintenance. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and CMMS software. Hands-on expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
