    Responsibilities

    Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment to minimize downtime.Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.Repair and replace motors, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, pumps, valves, and other industrial components.Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings.Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) to identify faults (programming experience is a plus but not required).Install and wire motors, sensors, VFDs, and other electrical components.Perform welding and fabrication repairs as needed.Complete work orders and maintenance documentation using a CMMS system.Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain compliance with all plant safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability.
