We specialize in asphalt paving, sealcoating, crackfill, line striping, extruded curb, and concrete services. As demand grows, we're expanding our estimating and sales team with an entry-level professional who wants hands-on field experience and a long-term career in the construction industry. About the Role We are seeking a Junior Sales Estimator who is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn from experienced estimators and project leaders. This role blends fieldwork, customer interaction, and foundational estimating responsibilities. You will gain exposure to real projects, job-site assessments, and the estimating process that drives our business. This position is designed for someone looking to grow into a full Estimator or Sales role as they develop technical and industry expertise.
