What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll be involved in leadership, client strategy, and project execution:
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients to lead relationships and guide project visionDrive business development efforts, including pursuits, interviews, and growth initiativesLead and mentor teams, foster a collaborative, high-performance cultureOversee projects from kickoff through completion to ensure success across budget, schedule, and scopePartner with project managers to align staffing, performance, and deliveryNavigate contract discussions, change management, and overall project financial healthKeep projects moving forward with clarity, lead meetings, track milestones, and ensure quality outcomes
About You:
10+ years of experience in the AEC industryProven success leading or managing K-12 or higher education projectsStrong client-facing experience with the ability to build trust and grow relationshipsBackground in architecture (licensure a plus)Business acumen and comfortable with strategy, resource planning, and financial oversightExcellent communication and leadership skillsA collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire teams and align stakeholders
Compensation:
