Advosy is expanding our outside sales and roof inspection team in the greater Tucson area, and we’re looking for driven, people-oriented individuals who want a hands-on role with real growth in a stable industry.
This position blends field sales, customer service, and basic roof inspections. No roofing or sales experience is required — we provide full training on storm damage, insurance claims, and how to confidently guide homeowners through the process.

What You’ll Be DoingWork in the field as an outside sales / field sales representativeProspect and generate leads through direct sales, networking, canvassing, and door-to-door (D2D) outreachPerform basic roof inspections: climb a ladder, access the roof, take photos, and document storm damageIdentify wind, hail, and water damage and explain findings to homeownersEducate homeowners on insurance policy basics and the claims processSet proper expectations and connect homeowners with our licensed adjuster teamAct as a professional brand ambassador for AdvosyManage follow-ups, appointments, and multiple homeowner projects with leadership supportNo construction, hammering, or labor work — this is a sales, communication, and inspection roleTraining & SupportHands-on, in-field roof inspection trainingEducation on roofing systems, storm damage, and insurance claimsShadowing experienced roof inspectors and sales associatesDaily team coaching and leadership mentorshipClear development path into senior sales, leadership, and management rolesMost successful inspectors started with no sales or roofing background.
