    AdvisaCare is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses in the Las Vegas and surrounding areas to join our team! This role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about providing patient-centered care, supporting families, and delivering high-quality clinical service in the comfort of patients' homes.

    You will be part of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to dignity, comfort, and holistic care for patients across the continuum of home health and end-of-life services.

    Responsibilities
    Provide skilled nursing care to home health and hospice patientsMonitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN/Clinical SupervisorAdminister medications and treatments as orderedPerform wound care, catheter care, and other skilled nursing interventionsEducate patients and families on care plans, disease processes, an comfort measuresAccurately document all patient care and servicesCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of careSupport patients and families with compassion, dignity and respect

    Requirements

In this role, you will play a vital part in helping us extend our mission, ensuring that individuals and families receive the personalized care they deserve in their own homes.

    Responsibilities

    Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share for home health and hospice services.Identify and establish relationships with potential referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and community health organizations.Conduct presentations and educational programs for healthcare professionals to promote Advisacare's services.Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality patient care.Participate in community events and initiatives to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.Provide feedback and insights from the field to the management team for service improvements and marketing strategies.

    Requirements
