Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans.Monitor and assess residents’ health status and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with facility policies and regulations.Foster a positive, respectful, and resident-centered care environment.
