Relocation Assistance Available Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple large-scale programs, ensuring all activities are executed in alignment with
established objectives and contractual requirements.
Oversee program planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery while managing profit and
loss (P&L) performance.
Monitor progress against milestones, budgets, and performance metrics; prepare and present detailed
status reports to senior leadership.
Direct and coordinate the activities of external consultants, vendors, and internal teams, with full
authority over personnel decisions.
Supervise subordinate managers and supervisors, ensuring departmental policies, procedures, and
quality standards are met.
Maintain effective Government/Contractor communication, serving as the primary point of contact
(POC) for the Department of the Air Force (DAF) and Program Management Office (PMO).
Ensure host unit processes are consistently applied across all supported locations.
Manage staffing to meet mission requirements, ensuring personnel qualifications, certifications, and
experience align with contractual and mission needs.
Oversee personnel training for access to host-based facilities and information networks. Maintain and
update personnel rosters for Government review.
Respond to staffing or skill gaps within one business day of awareness; restore required certifications
within 45 calendar days while maintaining operational capability.
Implement and adapt Technology Solutions Products Group methodologies and documentation
standards to ensure quality and compliance.
Qualifications:
Active Secret Clearance (required)
Minimum 12 years of commercial or Government program management experience, including
Department of Defense (DoD) programs.
PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) (required)
In-depth knowledge of program and project management principles, including Agile methodology.
Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex programs with diverse teams across multiple locations.
