    Job Summary

    We are seeking a gynecologic trained physician to join us in pursuit of high-quality patient care to provide Gynecology services including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care and health maintenance.

    The Ideal Candidate:

    Gynecology surgery experience in an outpatient setting.Must perform some basic surgeries, such as hysterectomies/fibroids.Ability to diagnose and treat a wide variety of obstetrics and gynecology conditions and improve patient outcomes.Demonstrate competency in diagnosis and treatment to assure high standards of patient care and safety are maintained.Patient-centered approach toward a positive patient experience.Excellent communication skills.Interest in Value-Based Care and Population Health Management.

    Qualifications:

    MD/DOCompletion of post graduate medical training from an accredited program in Obstetrics & GynecologyFellowship trained in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery(MIGS)Must possess current, unrestricted New York State license or be eligible for licensureMust possess active Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration or be eligible for registrationMust possess active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or be eligible to enrollBLS or ACLS certification required but both strongly preferredMust possess strong communication skills both oral and writtenComfortable with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and Microsoft Office

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a Gynecologic surgeon to perform Gynecologic surgeries. Come join us in pursuit of high-quality outpatient care, utilizing the latest developments and advanced surgical techniques and treatment. There will be no Obstetrical responsibilities.

    The Ideal Candidate:

    A minimum of two to four years of gynecologic surgery experience.Ability to diagnose and treat a wide variety of gynecologic conditions and improve patient outcomes including but not limited to endometriosis, leiomyomas and adnexal masses.Must be able to prevent, recognize and manage potential surgical complications derived from gynecologic surgeries.Demonstrate competency in diagnosis and treatment to assure high standards of patient care and safety are maintained.Patient-centered approach toward a positive patient experience.Excellent communication skills.Interest in Population Health Management.

    Responsibilities:

    Collect and record patient information, such as medical histories, reports and examination results. Maintain complete and accurate medical records.Review patient s history and perform physical examination.Evaluate, diagnose and treat a wide variety of gynecologic conditions. Provide preventive care.Provide relationship-centered care, considering the patient s psychosocial and physical needs.Perform hysterectomies and myomectomies for benign conditions, open and minimally invasive.Diagnostic and operative hysteroscopy.Diagnostic and operative laparoscopy.Diagnostic cystoscopy.Endometrial ablation.Perform in-office procedures (including but not limited to LEEP, colposcopy, hysteroscopy/endometrial biopsy, vulvar biopsy, pessary care).Communicate effectively and cordially with the clinical team to ensure total delivery of quality care.Participate in medical staff educational programs and meetings.

    Qualifications:

    Doctor of Medicine (MD) or foreign equivalentCompletion of four year post graduate medical training from an accredited residency program in area of practice. Must have training in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.Seeking both experienced and newly trained providersBoard Eligible/Board Certified in Obstetrics & GynecologyFellow American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG)Robotic certification strongly preferred.Must possess current, unrestricted New York State licenseMust possess active Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration or be eligible for registrationMust possess active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or be eligible to enrollBLS or ACLS certification required but both strongly preferredMust possess strong communication skills both oral and writtenComfortable with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system (EPIC preferred) and Microsoft Office

Summary of Position We are seeking an Endocrinology trained physician to join our multispecialty group in pursuit of high-quality patient care to provide full scope Endocrinology services. The Ideal Candidate One to three years of endocrinology clinical experience in an outpatient setting. Ability to diagnose and treat a wide variety of endocrinology conditions with a focus on improving patient outcomes. Completion of three year post graduate medical training from a U.S. accredited residency program in Internal Medicine. Completion of two year post graduate medical training from an accredited fellowship program in area of practice (e.g., (Endocrine, Diabetes, and Metabolism Medicine). Relevant Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Seeking both experienced and newly trained providers Board Eligible/Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Endocrinology Must possess current, unrestricted New York State license.
