Responsibilities
Develop a high performing operations team; assessing, and then reconfiguring and redesigning (as required) to create a sustainable, lean, collaborative group. Ensure staff is positioned to meet current and future business needs. Improve training and development at all levels.Oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.Drive lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives.Financial Management:

- BA or BS Degree.
- At least ten years of demonstrated leadership capability.

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Procurement & Supply Chain to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role will oversee sourcing, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and vendor relationships to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, driving performance across multiple teams while building sustainable supplier partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
