About the Role
We are seeking a highly strategic and operationally minded Director of Supply Chain & Logistics to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is pivotal in optimizing procurement, production flow, distribution, and logistics to support scalable growth and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a global supply chain strategy that aligns with business goals and production targets.Oversee procurement, vendor selection, and contract negotiation to ensure reliability and cost control.Implement data-driven forecasting, inventory optimization, and distribution models.Partner closely with Manufacturing, Finance, and Operations to drive cross-functional efficiency.Ensure compliance with trade regulations, safety, and environmental standards.Identify and deploy technology solutions (ERP, logistics tracking, AI forecasting tools) for visibility and automation.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge: Supply chain management best practices, procurement strategy, international trade, and logistics technology.Skills: Advanced data analysis, vendor management, project management, contract negotiation, and ERP utilization.Abilities:Lead cross-functional teams through operational transformation.Optimize cost structures while improving service quality.Translate complex logistics data into actionable strategies.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain or logistics leadership.Proven success leading teams through scaling and transformation initiatives.Strong knowledge of ERP systems and global logistics networks.Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
