We are a regional office equipment dealership, specializing in Canon and Toshiba digital copiers. We would prefer candidates with training on either or both of these lines, however, we will consider any candidate with experience in the field of copier maintenance. Networking and connectivity skills are a plus.

Primary responsibilities include:
Processing the daily bank deposit Posting all electronic receiptsProcessing and posting all credit card and ACH paymentsCollectionsFiling monthly sales tax reportsBillingThe ideal candidate must have knowledge of state and local sales tax reporting.
Accounts Receivable experience is a plus.
