    We’re hiring a Fryer Service Technician to join our Cincinnati team! This is a full-time role!


    In this mobile, venue route-based position, you will service commercial kitchens within large venues throughout the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area—including event venues, and institutional kitchens. You’ll perform fryer oil management, oil filtration, and equipment cleaning using specialized tools and a company vehicle.


    You’ll work independently while also supporting a broader service team. If you enjoy early mornings, hands-on work, and providing great customer service in dynamic environments, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career.

    Requirements:

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive a company-provided vehicle along an established service route
    • Perform fryer oil filtration, oil disposal, and routine fryer maintenance
    • Operate specialized filtration and cleaning equipment safely
    • Service a mix of restaurants and venue-based clients across your territory
    • Maintain accurate service records using company apps
    • Provide professional, high-quality customer interactions
    • Follow all company safety standards and operating procedures
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service vehicle and equipment


    What We’re Looking For

    • Must live in Greater Cincinnati or Northern Kentucky (Covington, Newport, Florence, Erlanger, etc.)
    • Strong customer service and communication skills
    • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
    • Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools
    • Willing to work early mornings (3:00 AM start time)
    • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 45 lbs
    • Strong problem-solving skills; calm under pressure
    • Ability to work with a variety of customers and environments
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
    • Smartphone required for company applications
    • High school diploma or GED required
    • Must pass a background check and drug screen
