    We are currently hiring for:

    Center-Based BCBA (Full-Time)

    Hybrid BCBA (Part-Time or Full-Time) serving clients in our ABA Center, in-home, and Early Learning Center/daycare settings.

    Position Overview

    Our Hybrid BCBA role provides clinical oversight and support across multiple service settings, allowing clinicians to make a meaningful impact wherever children learn and grow. BCBAs may provide services in our Beachwood ABA Center, clients' homes, and Early Learning Centers, preschools, and daycare programs.

    This position is available on either a part-time or full-time basis. ABT's clinical operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. While schedules are designed to promote work-life balance, evening availability is required to accommodate the needs of our clients and families.

    Responsibilities

    Design individualized behavior intervention plans to reduce maladaptive behaviors and build functional, socially significant skills

    Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments, including VB-MAPP, AFLS, and other skill-based evaluations

    Provide clinical services and supervision across center-based, in-home, and Early Learning Center/daycare settings

    Partner with families through ongoing parent training and caregiver support

    Collaborate with teachers, childcare staff, and other professionals to promote skill generalization across environments

    Monitor client progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make data-driven adjustments

    Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCBAs

    Review and provide feedback on treatment plans and clinical documentation

    Ensure all services meet BACB ethical standards and clinical quality expectations

    Support staff with complex or escalated cases

    Provide monthly progress updates and case reviews to the Clinical Director

    Qualifications

    Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field

    Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB

    Willingness to obtain Ohio COBA licensure

    3–5 years of BCBA experience preferred

    Experience developing behavior and skill acquisition programs using an electronic data collection platform (Catalyst preferred)

    Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally between client locations

    Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills

    Center-Based BCBA (Full-Time)

    Annual salary: $90,000–$95,000

    28 billable hour work week

    $75/hour for additional billable hours

    Hybrid BCBA (Part-Time or Full-Time)

    Hourly rate: $70–$75/hour

    Flexible part-time and full-time scheduling

    Opportunity to provide services across our ABA Center, clients' homes, and Early Learning Center/daycare settings
