We are seeking experienced, Field Service Scale Technicians to fill a position as a full-time, employee in the greater Mid-Atlantic region. Candidates must be willing to travel daily, as most of the work performed is on-site at our customers' location. The work environment changes daily from clean pharmaceutical and food environments to rock and sand quarries.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS—
Directly assist customers on site with all scale related problems and installations, in a timely mannerInstall and service of various weighing products of all capacitiesKeep up-to-date with new weighing industry trends and how they apply to varying configurationsMust maintain professional customer relations skillsPrepare and complete timely and accurate administrative documentation (i.e. Service Work Orders, Calibration Reports, ISO 17025 Reports)Provide good mathematical skills, scale drawings and configurationsAbility to troubleshoot electronics at the component levelProficient use of Microsoft Office on Windows based computersDemonstrate familiarity and proficiency in the use of appropriate testing equipmentMust be prepared to travel as required to perform job tasks on customer sitesAbility to physically lift and carry a minimum of 100 lbs.—50 lbs. in each handMust have a valid driver’s license with an excellent driving history; candidate may be required to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)Company DescriptionOur customer relationships have been the foundation on which our second generation family business has grown since 1973, when ADVANCE was founded by Jim and Sheila Santarpio. We are seeking a motivated labor worker to fill a position as a full-time employee based out of our Lindenwold, NJ Office. Candidates must have a clean driving record and be willing to travel- most work is performed onsite at customers' location,and the work environment changes daily.
(Overnight travel and weekend work required.)
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
