    Opportunity at a Glance
    The Registrar Services Representative position works behind the scenes to complete transcript evaluations, graduation audits, records review, student registration, and various stretch assignments supporting the Registrar Services department and institutional partners.

    ResponsibilitiesWorks independently on assigned tasks while meeting productivity and performance expectations.Provides student and stakeholder support, directly and/or indirectly, to internal and external stakeholders by upholding service level agreements.Masters operational systems to perform daily tasks and functions while becoming familiar with program and degree requirements offered by institutional partners.Participates in additional trainings, as needed.Evaluates incoming documents to determine if prospective students meet enrollment/admission requirements and qualify for transfer credit.Registers students for courses based on completed evaluation and entry into the program.Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures that are outlined in the Institutional Catalog, Academic Policy & Procedure Manual and Registrar Services Resource Guide.Collaborates with program and department heads on various scenarios and situations to ensure proper entry/continuation in the program.Completes other duties as assigned.Performs other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsQualifications

    Opportunity at a Glance
    This role is responsible for assisting in student success through proactive and accurate account assessment and student finance advising. This position manages a portfolio of about 850-950 students (either undergraduate or graduate or a combination thereof) to ensure that all students have the appropriate guidance to make informed financial decisions. Reports directly to the Account Management Manager and works in a contact center environment that supports students regardless of service modality. Works closely with academic partners and other departments to research and resolve any student financing issues. This colleague is charged with being a role model for the organization TEACH values and fosters a culture of CARE consistent with organization's mission, vision, and purpose.

    ResponsibilitiesUsing a high level of discretion and independent judgment, analyzes each student’s situation in order to develop and implement an individualized financial plan that promotes student success. Continuously evaluates the financial plans throughout the student lifecycle.Collaborates with other departments and functional areas to deliver an optimal student experience.Demonstrates and communicates current, detailed and accurate knowledge of University policies, Title IV, Military/Veteran’s Affairs, international and state regulations to prospective and current students. Communicates the policies and procedures in a manner that displays deep understanding of the rationale and the value of the policy or procedure to the student.Assists students to make an informed decision by providing accurate, helpful student finance advice.Manages escalated student concerns and resolves issues in a timely manner. Provides exceptional customer care to students by accepting ownership of student finance issues and questions.Identifies opportunities and solutions for continuous improvement to existing processes and actively participates in the roll-out of new processes.Attends meetings and contributes to organizational committees.Identifies opportunities and solutions that improve current processes.Functions as a subject matter expert regarding all Title IV programs, policies and procedures including institutional policies and federal and state regulations.     Opportunity at a GlanceThe Marketing Department is seeking a seasoned program manager to join the newly established Marketing PMO which will build, implement and sustain project and program discipline across the Marketing Department.  The Program Manager will oversee and lead several projects, products, and strategic initiatives/programs.  They will lead traffic management for Marketing by building, maintaining and driving core CoE delivery workflows.  They will establish a workflow tracking approach for integrated marketing campaigns and work directly with Marketing senior leaders to manage campaign delivery, program priorities, dashboard tracking of key priorities, project timelines, and risk.This person will have ownership for program performance, risk management, financial tracking and dashboard reporting for Marketing and business line senior leaders.

    ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage the delivery of work contained in the program (including Initiatives/Projects).  Establish and implement marketing automation tools to enable workflow tracking. Workflow management – identify and implement process improvement to streamline workflows and increase efficiency across the marketing department.  Establish core workflows for CoE’s and priority campaign delivery.  Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies for the Marketing community to ensure marketing projects and integrated campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and adhere to high-quality standards that meet sponsor expectations. Establish project and campaign delivery metrics and report out to executives and stakeholders on the state of the delivery including progress, risks, financials, actions taken, and escalations. Track (Monitor, report and mitigate risks) Scope, Schedule, Cost, quality, risks across the program, identify and manage delivery risks proactively. Coach and manage the performance of project delivery resources within the program. Maintain and continually develop expert level knowledge on qualitative and quantitative measurement of project and program progress with both agile and waterfall / plan first methodologies. Ensure program components are aligned to program goals. Works with other departments to ensure the program has the required level of participation and understanding to ensure projects are delivered within the time and budgetary guidelines. Identifies and responds to program risks including mitigating and resolving communication problems and team conflicts. Assures that the business case for the program is within corporate strategic plan and provides assistance to the business to create the Return on Investment (ROI) documentation. Provides input/process improvement recommendations to processes. Participates in product and vendor evaluations and vendor selections. Completes other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. Qualifications
