Key Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed all key performance sales indicators for our studios, including membership sales/renewals, maximizing workout traffic and maintaining premium customer service levelsBuild strong relationships with F45 members, corporate businesses and local businessesConduct in person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial membersStrategize on methods to increase daily lead flowManage entire sales processMeet daily, weekly and monthly sales targetsDrive client referral programAttend all sales and training meetings

RESPONSIBILITIES
Coaching and motivating members of the studio while leading them through predetermined workoutsConduct in person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial membersHave the knowledge and ability to correct exercise form to prevent injuriesPromote and sell only F45 services in studio, assist in membership growth and retentionLight service desk responsibilitiesDemonstrate and complete every exercise in the workouts with perfect formAble to give regressions and progressions for all exercisesSet up, break down, clean and store away equipment around studio floor before and/ or after classes
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferably with experience working, or training, in an F45 environment.Must have group training experience (or show us you can be great at it)1-year minimum experience as a personal fitness trainerPlenty of hours on offer must be available on weekendsCharacter, care, and communication skillsEnergetic and attentiveMust understand functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate focused training programs and the science that supports the F45 workoutsExcellent communication and customer service skills. Must be clear, comfortable with public speakingDemonstrate knowledge and usage of social media such as Instagram and FacebookRequired to be on their feet and constantly moving while leading and instructing members for the entirety of the workout
CERTIFICATIONS
Nationally accredited current fitness certification - certifications: NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAAMust hold and maintain a current CPR/First Aid/AED certificationMust be group training certified Read Less
