The Apparel Product Manager (EuroLeague Basketball) will execute category direction established by senior leadership while driving the creation and execution of seasonal product strategies across global basketball. This role plays a critical part in translating athlete insights, consumer trends, and commercial opportunities into compelling product assortments that elevate the adidas Basketball business. This position partners closely with Design, Development, Materials, Costing, Planning, Sports Marketing, and Go To Market teams to deliver best-in-class product ranges. The role requires strong collaboration across global business units and external club and federation partners to ensure products meet both performance expectations and strategic business goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Seasonal Product Strategy: Create and lead the execution of seasonal product strategies for Euroleague and global basketball apparel categories using sales data, consumer insights, competitive analysis, and inline product performance. Product Creation Management: Drive product concepts through the end-to-end product creation process while ensuring all deliverables meet established calendar milestones and timelines. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong partnerships across Design, Development, Materials, Costing, Planning, Go To Market, and Sports Marketing teams to support efficient and effective product execution. WORK ENVIRONMENT This position is based in Los Angeles, California and operates under adidas' hybrid work model. Employees are expected to work in the office Monday through Thursday with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays. In-office attendance may be required on Fridays when business priorities demand increased collaboration or in-person presentations. The work environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly cross-functional.
