    GIS Sr. System Analyst III Location: 100% Remote Expense: Internet Demonstrate an overall understanding of GIS based application use patterns in order to define, develop, document, support and implement technology solutions for the business. Work closely with business users, IT and contract resources to analyze existing applications and recommend improvements related to business process or technology infrastructure changes. Additionally, assist in the technology vision, integration patterns, product offerings, service abstraction definitions, and validation of technical offerings and deliverables from vendors for the corporate GIS group. Essential Job Functions • Leads team members responsible for optimization across the enterprise of often fragmented legacy processes (both manual and automated) into an integrated environment that is responsive to change and supportive of the delivery of the business strategy. • Consults with IT Business partners, fellow Architects and Sr. technical SMEs to collect and or develop high-level solution approach. • Provides expert application of the tools, processes and concepts of spatial analysis and related GIS concepts and how they apply to the business (Applied use of Esri's ArcGIS Desktop and/or ArcGIS Pro). • Implement GIS based prototype application development and scripting. Education/Certifications • Bachelor's Degree in the field of computer science, information systems, GIS, or related experience in a relative field required • Enterprise Architecture process certification and/or experience not required but preferred Experience/Minimum Requirements • 10+ years' experience in the use, configuration and application of GIS, and related technologies; use of current Esri based products preferred Other Skills/Abilities • Strong listening, communication and leadership skills • Demonstrated team player • Proven organizational and documentation practices • Experienced with the concepts and practices of Esri's Geodatabase • Experience with current versions of Microsoft Windows • Proficient use of Microsoft office products including Viso Read Less

The Administrative Construction Manager is responsible to ensure contractor-produced work meets or exceeds quality standards and that projects are completed per design and within the allocated budget. This position requires strong communication skills, verbal and written, as projects will need to be coordinated with State and/or local municipalities as well with other utilities or departments. The Administrative Construction Manager ensures contractor compliance with State, local, and company requirements while working within the public ROW or utility easement. This position requires strong teamwork with the Frontier Construction Supervisor as well as the Frontier OSP Engineer. This position requires teaming cross-functionally with departments such as Logistics, Contract Administration, ISP Engineering/COE, and Project Management. This position also supports sales, marketing, operations, and regulatory as well as other duties assigned by the Manager or Director of Engineering. Responsibilities: • Familiarity with permitting requirements- Work Zone Protection (WZP) and Traffic Control plans (TCP) • Project Scheduling- meet project timelines • Project Inspections- pre and post • Material Management • Utilize the JIM process as necessary • Ensure accurate reporting- invoicing/timesheets • Maintain accurate records- asbuilts • Attend pre-construction meetings • Monitor project expenditures for accuracy and budget requirements • Plant Damage investigation and reporting Required Qualifications: • Strong knowledge of OSP Construction Standards and Practices • Strong knowledge of OSP Unit Descriptions and SSP contracts • Strong knowledge of State, Local, and Company standards for Safety • Minimum five years of combined Outside Plant construction and splicing experience • Physical requirements include the ability to work out of doors in inclement weather, extended driving, and lifting and carrying of moderately heavy objects • Candidates must be willing to work overtime, be on-call periodically for nights and weekends and work as required to accomplish goals and objectives • Overnight travel may occasionally be required • Valid driver's license is required Frontier salaries estimated by third parties and may or may not reflect actual or total compensation.
