    Role and Team

    Reporting to the Vehicle Inspection Manager or Lead, this role supports customers by inspecting vehicles for condition, wear, tear, neglect, missing parts, mechanical issues, previous repairs and damage/structural damage. Complete required vehicle inspection promptly and accurately including imaging and uploading results of the vehicle condition. Interact with dealers and consumers as needed professionally as the face of ADESA and its collective businesses.

    Responsibilities

    Communicate in a professional manner with customer (dealer or consumer)Resolve any customer inquiries in a friendly, courteous and professional manner; advise management of all complaints or incidentsEnsure internal and external customers receive prompt, efficient and courteous attentionInspect vehicles for signs of wear, tear, neglect, damage, previous repair or structural damageComplete inspection of vehicles and ensure adherence to the defined program for the customer.Capture data accurately on a mobile device, work comfortably with software and technology.Deliver results in a timely mannerMaintain productivity levels as set forth by management.Deliver consistent, accurate inspections with minimal rate of errors in accordance with reasonable expectations set forth by management.     Role and Team

    Reporting to the Lead Lot Operations or other designated manager, you will assist with outside functions to support lot movements and general operations before, during, and after sale day. In this role, you will assist on the lot, including driving the service truck, lot tow truck (non-DOT), and forklift, to ultimately maintain accurate inventory flow and ensure vehicle readiness.

    Responsibilities

    Lot Operations Support: Support lot operations by preparing and staging vehicles for sale, including stickering (run and customer stickers), marking vehicles on the spot, moving vehicles using a lot tow truck or forklift, and operating the service truck to support the driver team.Inventory Accuracy: Scan the lot and use electronic devices to record the movement of vehicles on the property.Vehicle Readiness: Assist with vehicle readiness tasks such as jumping vehicles and adding fluids (gas, water, etc), adding air to tires, and verifying vehicle status while maintaining accurate lot organization.Property Management: Handle the removal of personal property from vehicles.Operational Flow: Communicate with shop and operations teams to ensure an efficient flow of inventory from vehicle check-in to the auction sale line.Customer & Admin Support: Provide customer service support and coordinate with administrative teams to ensure efficient execution of sale day activities.Vehicle Identification: Confirm vehicle mileage, make year, and VIN to ensure accurate record-keeping.Safety & Maintenance: Maintain work areas to ensure a safe environment and report any incidents or hazards to the designated manager.General Duties: Perform any other duties assigned by the designated manager.

    Role and Team

    Reporting to the Inspections or Operations Manager executing processes at our facility to ensure our team members, customers, and assets are protected. At our gates, you will be the face of ADESA to our customers, vendors and associates. You will play an active role in ensuring our Inventory Control procedures are followed. You will be adept at utilizing ADESA technology. You will support vehicle location research when necessary. This position is hourly and reports to the Operations or designated manager. This position may work various shifts and weekends.

    Responsibilities

    Secure all gates and buildings and patrol the premises. Sound alarms and notify authorities in case of emergency. Verify only authorized individuals enter the property. Provide facility directions to customers, vendors and transporters. Check gate passes to ensure vehicles are authorized to exit property.Check departing vehicles to guard against theft of company property.Greet customers at the gate and provide prompt and courteous service. Resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.When difficult situations arise, de-escalate situations to ensure we win with partners and collaborate on the forefront.Watch and report irregularities such as fire hazards, leaking water pipes and doors left unsecured.Account for and identify all keys, codes or other safety and security informationMaintain a current list of emergency and management telephone numbersMaintain good operating condition of all equipment and facilities, including handheld devices and printers.
