Role and Team
Reporting to the Operations Manager or other designated manager, you will operate motor vehicles on the premises in support of auction activities. Your primary focus is to execute vehicle movement across the lot by transporting and staging units in designated areas under the direction of leadership.Responsibilities

**Clean Background & Valid Drivers License w/ Clean Driving Record Required**
Drive vehicles to and from designated areas, as well as pick up and deliver vehicles while observing auction driving rules, rules of the road and demonstrating courteous and defensive driving principles.Drive assigned vehicles through auction lanes on sale day. Verify VIN of cars being picked up and or delivered against transportation requests.Line up and park vehicles in the correct order as directed by the Lot Manager, Team Leader or designated supervisor.If necessary, inflate tires and jump-start vehicles using a battery box and air tank. Fill the gas tank when the vehicle is out of gas.Assist customers such as dealers, account reps, and co-workers as needed.Perform walk-around each vehicle prior to moving vehicle and note damage.Qualifications:

Reporting to the Commercial Accounts Manager (CAM) or designated leader, you will be responsible for the administrative management of customer accounts. You will serve as the primary point of contact for administrative operations, ensuring that all financial, inventory, and sale day activities are executed accurately to provide a seamless experience for our commercial and dealer partners.Responsibilities

Role and Team
As a Mechanic Tech in our high production mechanic shop, you will support the mechanic shop by performing assigned diagnostic repair or maintenance on customer vehicles. This position reports to the Mechanic Shop or designated manager.
Responsibilities
A/C, Heater & Refrigeration - Flush system contaminants, evacuate system, add oil and charge with freon. Run OEM performance tests and verify performance, utilize electrical schematics, identify, and correct related problems. Diagnose, and repair all systems and related problems.Brakes - Diagnose brake problems, replace cylinders and calipers, perform failure analysis of components, Diagnose, and repair all systems and related problems, including set up and use of on car brake lathe.Electrical Charging Systems - Perform full diagnostic, including in-depth analysis and corrections.Clutch - Perform failure analysis for premature or abuse. Diagnose and repair all systems and related problems.Cooling systems - Check and adjust coolant levels, antifreezes (and requirements), Visually inspect system for leaks, Make minor repairs such as hose replacements, fan shrouds, fittings, Pressure test, Flush and refill systems.Starting/Cranking System - Analyze to identify root cause. Diagnose, and repair all systems and related problems.Lighting system and Electrical Accessories - Evaluate lighting system configuration and application. Diagnose, isolate, and repair difficult lighting system problems, such as shorted and open circuits. Replace entire lighting harness, lamp assembly and or control modules on power units.Drive Axles - Inspect housing for leaks, perform diagnostics and major repairs as required.Transmission and Driveline - Lubricate, perform diagnostics, fluid and filter changes, and major repairs as required.All Engines – Check and adjust oil level, identify unusual noises and oil leaks, Diagnose and repair as required.Fuel Systems - Diagnose all fuel system malfunctions, adjust fuel system components. Repair and replace fuel system components including injectors, rails, lines and pumps.Preventative Maintenance – Full fault code identification and service interval reset.Steering and Alignment – Diagnose and repair steering systems. Disassemble, diagnose and repair/replace steering gear boxes and steering racks.Suspension-Chassis and Cab - Diagnose suspension noises and alignment concerns. Maintain, repair, and replace all chassis components, perform failure analysis and substantiate premature failure.Tire and wheel maintenance - Repair and replace tires, wheels and TPMS components including sensor programming. Properly diagnose and repair the cause of improper wear conditions.Track and record vehicle information following department processes.Assist in overall general shop duties such as cleaning, driving, organizing vehicle parking and staging, etc. Provide prompt and courteous service to internal and external customers. Your primary focus is to execute vehicle movement across the lot by transporting and staging units in designated areas under the direction of leadership.Responsibilities

Role and Team
Reporting to the Inspections or Operations Manager executing processes at our facility to ensure our team members, customers, and assets are protected. At our gates, you will be the face of ADESA to our customers, vendors and associates. You will play an active role in ensuring our Inventory Control procedures are followed. Responsibilities

Provide facility directions to customers, vendors and transporters. Check gate passes to ensure vehicles are authorized to exit property.Check departing vehicles to guard against theft of company property.Greet customers at the gate and provide prompt and courteous service. Reporting to the Office Manager or other designated manager, the block clerk enters sale information for in-lane and/or on-line LiveBlock transactions (including price, bid badge number, if-bids, and announcements) ensuring efficient and accurate information is transferred into the appropriate computer system. Corrections to be documented on the appropriate form when an error is made. Must know, practice, and ensure company policies and procedures and state or federal laws are always followed.
