Role and Team
This position is responsible for pick up and delivery of customer vehicles and reports to the Operations Manager or designated manager as part of the Transportation/Logistics team.
Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver customer vehiclesLoad and unload customer vehiclesPrioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana's Commercial Motor Vehicle Driver Qualification Policy. Consistent, and safe driving is crucial for this role.Complete condition reports and complete paperwork related to the pick up and delivery of the vehicleCommunicate with customers to verify vehicle information and condition of vehiclesMaintain good flow of communication with all team members and practice good teamworkPerform safety inspections as required by DOT, and maintain a DOT Driver logQualifications

Role and Team
This position is responsible for pick up and delivery of customer vehicles and reports to the Operations Manager or designated manager as part of the Transportation/Logistics team.
Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver customer vehiclesLoad and unload customer vehiclesPrioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana's Commercial Motor Vehicle Driver Qualification Policy. Consistent, and safe driving is crucial for this role.Complete condition reports and complete paperwork related to the pick up and delivery of the vehicleCommunicate with customers to verify vehicle information and condition of vehiclesMaintain good flow of communication with all team members and practice good teamworkPerform safety inspections as required by DOT, and maintain a DOT Driver logQualifications
High School or GED requiredMaintain a clean driving record and Class A CDLMust be able to drive vehicles with either standard or automatic transmissionsExperience drivng a 2-car (plus) Rollback Tow TruckEffective customer relations, communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to pass a DOT physical, drug screen and a background checkPrevious DOT driving experience preferredMust be 18 years of ageADESA Benefits and Perks

Role and Team
Reporting to the Facilities Manager or designated manager, ensuring safety and efficient auction operation for all employees through repair and maintenance of all auction facilities and equipment. Responsible to keep workplace safe and free of hazardous situations in accordance with corporate and security guidelines, policies and procedures. Perform all additional duties as directed by Facilities Manager. Must know, practice, and ensure that company policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws are always followed.Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service
Make sure customers receive prompt, efficient and courteous attention.Maintain a professional appearance, orderly work environment and friendly disposition by greeting others. No smoking in customer vehicles.Resolve any customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manner and advise Management of all serious complaints or incidences.Maintain work station
Ensure all auction conditions are not a potential threat to employee or customer safety. Respond to and follow proper procedures on employee or customer accidents, injuries, and loss or damage to any property. Report all incidents to Maintenance Manager or General Manager immediately per auction policy.Other responsibilities
Maintain equipment and tools properly and advise supervisor or manager of any needed equipment maintenance or breakdown.Practice and promote teamwork at all times. Set a good personal example of attitude and performance.Take appropriate safety precautions such as safety glasses, respirators, and protective clothing when appropriate.Practice and promote company Core Values.Building Support and Upkeep
Responsible for keeping the lots and buildings in good repair by performing the maintenance tasks, including but not limited to roofing, plumbing, welding, and carpentry.Monitor and Control all facility conditions for cleanliness and safety per auction and company standards.Ensure all auction building and grounds are not a potential threat to customer or employee safety. Respond to and follow proper procedures on employee or customer accidents, injuries and loss or damage to property. Report all incidences to Facilities Manager immediately.Equipment Support
Ensure good operating condition of all equipment and provide routine preventative maintenance. Sale day driving and safety:
Drive vehicles across the block following all safety guidelines including but not limited to wearing a seatbelt, placing vehicle in park or neutral when coming to a stop and following the ADESA wedge.Safely move, stage, and park vehicles in the correct lot area.Advise supervisor or lane captain of all breakdowns and maintenance needs immediatelyDrivers will be trained and must know, practice and ensure that company safety policies and procedures are followed at-all-times.Always operate motor vehicles safely and practice conservative, cautious, and courteous driving habitsImmediately report to manager or supervisor anything that occurs which may potentially jeopardize the ability to physically or legally operate a motor vehicle.Immediately report to manager or supervisor all driving related incidents to include traffic citations, warnings, accidents or mechanical problems experienced on either private or public property whether on or off the jobQualifications
