Position Overview:
The Home Health Quality Assurance Specialist ensures the accuracy, compliance, and quality of patient care documentation, with a primary focus on OASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set) data. Attends all mandatory in-service programs as scheduled; minimally 12 hours/year.Maintains clean and neat work environment.Demonstrates sound judgment and decision making.Maintains current CPR certification.Performs other duties as assigned.
