    Job DescriptionJob Description

    As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Richmond, TX, you will develop and oversee behavior intervention plans primarily for children with autism and clients across various age groups within school-based and home settings. Your role involves collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that foster meaningful progress and positive outcomes.

     

    Responsibilities

    Conduct assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments and Skill Acquisition AssessmentsDevelop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment dataProvide direct supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)Train and mentor RBTs and other staff membersCollaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent careCollect and analyze data to monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as neededEnsure compliance with ethical guidelines and state regulationsParticipate in ongoing professional development and team meetings

     

    Required Qualifications

    2+ years of experience in behavior analysisBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

    We are seeking a compassionate, flexible, and motivated Special Education Teacher to join our growing team.

    Responsibilities

    Provide individualized and small-group instruction based on student learning needs

    Create a structured, engaging, and supportive classroom environment

    Adapt lessons and instructional strategies for diverse learners

    Support students’ social-emotional growth and independence

    Collaborate with families, therapists, and staff members

    Track student progress and communicate effectively with families and administration

    Qualifications

    Must be certified in Special Education or actively working toward Texas teacher certification
