Test Automation Engineer Denver, CO | Hybrid | $90,000 – $115,000 Work Arrangement: 3 days on-site, 2 days from home You will work across development and operations functions, contribute to test automation using AI, and support the delivery of high-quality software solutions in a fast-growing environment. What You’ll Do Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end and integration automated test suites for complex systems, focusing on microservices and publish-subscribe architectures. Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance and maintain robust testing infrastructure. Prioritize manual test cases for automation to ensure a streamlined and efficient testing process. Translate project requirements into comprehensive test plans and automated test cases. Report on test suite performance and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines for clear communication of status and metrics. Apply best practices in the testing pyramid to ensure thorough coverage across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing. Coordinate testing efforts across multiple teams and stakeholders to align resources and priorities. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and testability. What We’re Looking For Proven experience designing and implementing automated test suites for complex systems, particularly microservices and publish-subscribe architectures. Experience leveraging AI to enhance testing processes. Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Golang. Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical teams.
