    What Success Looks Like
    A typical week includes prospecting local businesses, meeting with business owners and decision-makers, conducting product demonstrations, collaborating with our Solutions team, and helping customers improve productivity through workplace technology and document solutions.
    In this role, you'll:Prospect and develop new business opportunitiesBuild relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.Conduct both in-person and virtual customer meetings.Identify customer challenges and recommend customized workplace technology and document solutions.Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals that demonstrate the value of AD Solutions' solutions and services.Build and manage an active sales pipeline using the company's CRM.Partner with Operations, Solutions, and Service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial consultation through implementation.Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging workplace technology solutions.

    What We're Looking ForPrevious B2B outside sales experience preferred.Experience in the copier/document imaging industry, office technology, telecommunications, production print, or other consultative B2B sales environments is highly valued.Proven ability to prospect, develop new business, and close sales.Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Comfortable using CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting tools.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required.Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

    As a Field Technician for AD Solutions, your main focus is providing the best customer service with regards to troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining networked office equipment in a designated territory. Office equipment includes: digital networked copiers, scanners, laser printers, color copiers, wide format, and fax equipment.

    Responsibilities:
    · Will utilize proper troubleshooting procedures.
    · Repair and perform preventative maintenance on a full line of b/w and color digital copiers.
    · Utilize systems in place for service call tickets and part usage transfer of inventory.
    · Adhere to all procedures including specific part replacement and maintenance intervals.
    · Utilize E-Automate on company phone to receive and close repair tickets.
    · Complete paperwork in a timely basis.
    · Establish and maintain a professional relationship with each assigned customer.
    · Properly maintain a car stock of inventory and repair tools/equipment.
    · Utilize websites, tech manuals, e-learning and technical publications to keep current on new and old equipment enhancements.
    · Provide customers with clear, concise information regarding the status of their equipment.

    Requirements:
    · Degree from technical or vocational school a plus.
    · Experience repairing networked office equipment a plus.
    · 3-5 years experience in a mechanical or technical repair position.
    · Valid State driver’s license and good driving record.
    · Networking and internet familiarity a plus.
    · Candidate must be a motivated self-starter.
    · The ability to work as an individual as well as on a team.

(Sharp brand copier equipment repair is appreciated, but we highly value relevant experience and the aptitude to learn).Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills with a passion for problem-solving.Ability to work independently in the field while staying connected to the larger support team.Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.Familiarity with networking and internet protocols is a plus.Valid driver's license and clean driving record – You'll be servicing customers onsite.A degree from a technical or vocational school is a plus but not required.Your Impact
