Xcel Team Coach for Platinum and Diamond:
The Xcel Team Gymnastics Coaches are responsible for leading and coaching a group of gymnasts in a competitive team setting. Their primary role is to design and implement training programs that help gymnasts develop the physical skills, techniques, and routines necessary to compete successfully in gymnastics competitions. Understand the meaning of Xcel and why gymnasts have chosen this avenue. This position is at least a year long commitment, for 3-5 days each week (schedule includes afternoons, evenings, and weekends during competition season). Starting pay depends on experience. Must be able to spot higher levels skills and manage teenage athletes.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement training programs that focus on building the physical skills, techniques, and routines necessary for gymnastics competitions. Work with gymnasts to identify their strengths and weaknesses and create individualized training plans to help them improve. Provide emotional support and motivation to athletes, encouraging teamwork and sportsmanship. Ensure that all team members follow proper safety procedures and equipment usage guidelines. Communicate with parents and athletes about schedules, expectations, and team events including competitions. Collaborate with other coaches and staff members as needed regarding team practices, competitions, and scheduling. Attend all competitions and oversee the team's performance, providing feedback and making adjustments as needed. Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required. Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
