  Job Responsibilities
  - Assist experienced technicians in the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.- Learn and adhere to safety protocols and procedures on job sites.- Carry tools and materials to and from the work area.- Prepare and clean work areas before and after installations.- Measure and cut pipes and ductwork to specified dimensions.- Help in the assembly and installation of HVAC components and systems.- Follow blueprints or technical drawings under supervision.- Maintain and organize tools and equipment.- Support in troubleshooting installation issues as directed.- Participate in on-the-job training sessions to enhance technical skills.- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.- Assist in the testing of installed HVAC systems for proper operation.
  Job Requirements
  - High school diploma or GED.- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components.- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy equipment.- Basic math skills for calculating measurements and materials.- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.- Good communication and problem-solving skills.- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in HVAC installation.- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

  About the Role:

  As an HVAC Service Technician 3 at MAC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients by providing expert installation, maintenance, and repair services for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your primary responsibility will be to diagnose and resolve HVAC issues, ensuring that systems operate efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for educating clients on system usage and maintenance, fostering long-term relationships built on trust and reliability. This position requires a strong commitment to quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols, as you will be working in various residential and commercial settings. Ultimately, your expertise will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our customers and the reputation of our company in the HVAC industry.

  Minimum Qualifications:

  Valid HVAC technician certification or license.Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  EPA certification for refrigerant handling.Experience with advanced HVAC systems, including smart technology integration.Customer service experience in a technical field.

  Responsibilities:

  Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshooting on HVAC systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions.Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their HVAC needs and system operations.Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations for tracking and reporting purposes.
