    Summary: You will be responsible to Coordinate administrative activities for New Installation and Modernization projects from booking through final acceptance and closeout. 

    Responsibilities: 

    Review booking packages for completeness, including project details, contract requirements, certified payroll requirements, New Installation Maintenance terms, warranty information, and other key conditions. Prepare and maintain project files, truck folders, mechanic folders, Letter One packages, and other required project documentation. Maintain accurate information in company systems, including JobSight, Appian, Oracle, Basware, timekeeping systems, project trackers, calendars, and related reports. Support project turnover activities by tracking upcoming inspections, submitting turnover requests, monitoring final acceptance documentation, and coordinating required communication with internal teams. Submit and track Appian requests related to turnover, Final Acceptance uploads, Pre-NIM transmittals, and NIM contract setup as required by company process. Schedule or assist with scheduling final inspections, project meetings, customer meetings, kickoff meetings, and other project-related coordination as needed. Assist with payroll preparation and review by gathering time, expense, override forms, receipts, and supporting documentation for superintendent or manager approval. Participate in weekly operations meetings, backlog reviews, order management calls, AR calls, and other meetings; prepare documentation and assign or track follow-up tasks as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. 

    Qualifications: 

    Minimum of six months of related administrative, operations, construction coordination, dispatch, project support, or customer service experience preferred. Experience working with project documentation, purchase orders, payroll, billing, accounts payable, or operational reporting preferred.

     

    Education Preferred:

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    Standard Shift:-

    Monday-Friday. Candidates need to be flexible to work either. This role is NOT a rotating shift.

    The candidates will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to meetings and 30 minutes post shift to recap the day.

    Weekend work will depend on their department. Currently working 2 weekends on, 1 weekend off.

    Education/Experience:

    Required:
    The technical writer must be experienced in the needs of an engineering and fabrication environment, pay attention to detail, and work with a variety of interdisciplinary staff to determine documentation needs and solutions that meet the rigorous criteria.
    -Minimum education requirements are a BS/BA with proven writing, copy editing and organizational skills
    -The candidate should have five or more years of experience in technical writing
    -Experience writing manuals, test plans and procedures in engineering based environments

    Job Summary/Work Schedule

    Normal Work Schedule: 5 days a week, 9 hours a day including 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.

     

    Description of position and job requirements:

    Employees process orders and move boxes of files, books, binders and other materials. The work is very physical requiring the manual lifting, carrying, and moving/arranging of boxes while standing, stooping, crawling, kneeling and twisting. Employees must be able to lift and carry boxes ranging in weight from 24-75lbs on a regular basis, without assistance. Employees must be able to load and safely operate hand trucks and pallet jacks while walking on uneven and concrete surfaces.

     Essential Functions:

    - Walk, stand, kneel, squat, stoop and bend for extended periods of time 

    - Work without assistance in order to grip, lift, push, pull, and carry boxes including up and down inclines, stairs, and over changes in walking surface/elevation 

    - Read and write English 

    - Lift and move boxes, read labels, and process incoming and outgoing orders. 

    - Operate hand held scanner 

    - Climb and balance on Ladder Carts (not step ladders) 

    - Lift and carry boxes weighing up to 75 lbs without assistance for prolonged periods 

    - Employee must be able to load, operate and move hand carts, pallet jacks and various other material handling aids 

    - Load and shrink wrap pallets at ground level, or on carts 

    - Load boxes onto pallets and load pallets onto trucks manually and with material handling.

    To mitigate these risks, we require an experienced temporary Pipe Stress Engineer to provide immediate project support, with an initial focus on the Commonwealth MCHE Module project. The selected resource must be capable of contributing with minimal onboarding, supporting critical-path activities, accelerating deliverables, and helping reduce the existing engineering backlog.

     

    Role Scope / Key Responsibilities

    Perform pipe stress analysis for LNG piping systems using Bentley AutoPIPE and PRG tools, including FEPipe and NozzlePro, with primary responsibility for the Commonwealth MCHE Module project and subsequent support for additional active projects.Analyze and evaluate piping loads on equipment shells, nozzles, and associated reinforcement pads.Ensure all designs and analyses comply with ASME B31.3 Process Piping Code, project requirements, and LNG engineering standards.Deliver engineering outputs in alignment with established project schedules, milestones, and revenue objectives.Support backlog reduction efforts and help stabilize overall engineering workload across the Pipe Stress team.

    This temporary assignment will provide critical support to the LNG organization by:

    Department Overview:

    The Manufacturing department is responsible for the execution of clinical and commercial manufacturing in

    accordance with regulatory, site, and client requirements. Manufacturing cGMP production activities include

    solution preparation, master/working cell bank production, upstream cell culture, downstream protein purification,

    mRNA and molecular therapeutics production, and small-scale fill/finish. Further, manufacturing operations is

    tasked to utilize continuous improvement methodologies to realize process optimization, efficiency gains, and waste

    reduction to maximize capacity outputs.

    II. Specific Duties, Activities, and Responsibilities:

    This position is an entry-level position in the Manufacturing team and is the starting point to acquiring the skills

    and training required for a cGMP biomanufacturing environment. The Technician is responsible for the manufacture

    of biopharmaceutical products within a clean room environment.

    Education/Experience:

    Central Services

    • High School Diploma.

     

    • Ability to see and hear and read and write clear English.

    • Ability to communicate effectively and follow/retain detailed written and verbal instruction in an

    accurate, timely, safe, and professional manner with supervisor, group members, and other departments as

    necessary.

    • Ability to manage time effectively to complete assignments in expected time frame and independently

    seek out additional work when tasks are completed ahead of time.

    • Ability to cooperate with coworkers within an organized team environment or work alone.

    • Detail oriented and well organized with ability to work effectively under high pressure with multiple

    deadlines.

    • Ability to put aside personal opinions and focus on business needs, department needs or group needs.
