    The purpose of this position is to manage and serve is the central contact for office strategies and work environment solutions for the professional office environment working under general direction and guidance of the Facilities manager to coordinate and plan the utilization of new facilities, renovations, layouts equipment updates, and utilities support; may include modernization, maintenance along with investigates and implements Ergonomic, OSHA and EPA requirements, ensuring compliance to local, state, and federal codes. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Office interior design. Assists with office layouts, recommendations, fit outs, furniture purchases and overall coordination efforts. 2. Space planning to include setting up new or renovating existing areas per client standards for furniture appearances and finishes. 3. Monitors and coordinates activities of maintenance and/or subcontractors to ensure compliance with schedules and project scope. 4. Coordinate with Safety and other departments to ensure ergonomic practices are facilitated and followed; this will include follow-up audits to ensure ergonomic compliance. 5. Utilize Computer Aided Layout and Planning Systems; Experience with AutoCAD is required. 6. Ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, federal, state and local regulations during project activities. 7. Serves as primary interface with the site(s) and client disciplines to understand organizational direction and changing workplace needs. Applies knowledge to forecast space requirements and develops space needs based against business and market conditions. Develops executable plans to support the business needs, corporate objectives and initiatives. 8. Facilitates discussion/programming of space requirements (headcount/growth, allocations, adjacencies, special support needs) with organizational/functional units. 9. Executes change management process for unplanned and special project requests. 10. Ensures occupancy plans are aligned with strategies. Establishes project goals and objectives, including, but not limited to, schedule parameters. Develops project-level and portfolio-level solutions based on interpretation of the program data and preparation of recommendations.

    Skills Required

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED 1. B.S. degree in Architecture / Interior design or equivalent education. 2. Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet, desktop publishing and CAD software including MS Office Suite (MS Project, PowerPoint & Excel). 3. High mental/visual application required to analyze facilities problems and recommend solutions. 4. Experience: 3–5+ years in space planning, interior design, or corporate real estate. 5. Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and, spatial visualization skills. 6. Strong understanding of building codes and regulations. 7. Experience with project management and coordination. 8. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 9. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

    Summary:
    The main function of a maintenance supervisor is to establish, implement, and maintain long-range plans for improvement of maintenance activities and provide technical assistance to the manufacturing departments supported. A typical maintenance supervisor is responsible for the effective use of personnel, materials, and equipment in supporting SPQRC initiatives.


    Job Responsibilities:
    • Implement and actively support corporate safety policies, initiatives, and plant housekeeping standards.
    • Diagnose equipment malfunction, determine root causes, and initiate immediate and long-term corrections.
    • Support plant in achieving Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness and Cost goals.
    • Supervise construction and maintenance projects.
    • Assist in the implementation of divisional and corporate policies.
    • Maintain schedule and quality requirements.
    • Implement safety and good housekeeping standards.
    • Train, develop, and evaluate employees.
    • Comply with terms of Local and National Labor agreements and supports divisional and corporate policies.
    • Initiate contact with internal and external teams when required to solve problems.
    • Implement planned maintenance activities.
    • Complete work assignments required within budget, manpower and timing constraints.
    • Support plant in achieving Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness and Cost goals.
    • Supervise construction and maintenance projects.
    • Maintain schedule and quality requirements.


    Skills:
    • Must be willing to work any assigned shift, work daily, weekend, and holiday overtime as required.
