    Your Impact
    Acre security is currently seeking a talented Production Team Lead, who will help lead the manufacturing team, ensuring efficient and smooth operations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.  They will play a key role in managing workflows, supporting the team, and achieving production goals. As a global leader in access control solutions, we offer competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and the opportunity for growth.     What You’ll Do
    In addition to the above, your key responsibilities will include:Optimizing workflows and monitoring staff performance to ensure efficient fulfillment, with a focus on customer satisfaction metrics. Maintaining and assigning work orders Leading, training, and supporting production workers to meet deadlines and minimize delays. Supervising daily operations to increase output. Creating training materials and manuals for the production team. Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding and management of production team members. Ensuring the facility complies with safety and professional standards. Organizing and tracking tasks to meet production goals. Regularly reviewing production to ensure efficiency. Facilitating communication between the production team and senior leadership to ensure alignment with company procedures. Collaborating with purchasing to maintain a steady flow of raw materials and necessary resources. 
    What You'll Bring
    To succeed in this role, you'll need:A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least five years of related experience. The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Strong communication skills, with the ability to write reports and speak effectively in front of groups. Proficiency in basic math skills, including calculating discounts, percentages, and applying algebraic and geometric concepts. Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in situations where only limited standardization exists. Familiarity with MS Office or similar software to complete reports and logs. Preferred previous experience with NetSuite and RF Smart Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role is preferred.

    We are seeking a skilled and passionate Field Technician to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to install and troubleshoot access control, fire and security systems that protect threats of all kinds. It also allows you to use your expertise in low voltage equipment and circuitry.

    Your Impact
    The Warehouse Associate position’s responsibilities include pulling, packaging, and shipping orders. It also includes enclosure assembly, monitor/maintain consumable inventory levels, and RMA processing.

    The Warehouse Associate works as a team to ensure our customers receive the items as ordered in a safe time efficient manner. Areas are kept clean and safe. Attention must be paid to detail. The assemblies must be assembled in a consistent manner, and details are crucial. No matter what task is being completed in the warehouse, the person completing the task must stand behind their work. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
     

    What You’ll Do
    In addition to the above, your key responsibilities will include:

    Ability to utilize a warehouse management system (WMS)Ability to utilize an enterprise resource management system (ERP) Utilize databases to track, analyze, and report processes and performance.Pull, pack, and ship orders.Receiving and processing incoming stockProduct breakdown and repackaging (ex. Clamshell credentials in bundles of 25)Process RMAs.Background in international shipping and freight scheduling. This role is critical to ensure smooth and accurate processing of international shipments, compliance with global trade regulations, and coordination with freight providers. Research and report shipping and/or purchasing issuesRead and interpret drawings, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reportsAssemble electrical or electronic systems or support structures and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly casings, soldering.Test functional performance/Quality Control

    Education/Experience
    High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Language Skills
    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

    Mathematical Skills
    Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.  Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

    Reasoning Ability
    Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

    Skills:
    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Internet Explorer), UPS WorldShip and FedEx shipping. Previous experience with NetSuite or RF Smart a plus.
