Responsibilities:Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with disabilities in a home environmentAssist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, bathing, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)Support clients with meal preparation, medication reminders, and household tasksImplement individualized support plans (ISPs) and document progress accuratelyTransport and accompany clients to appointments, community activities, and errandsFoster independence and community inclusion through skill-building activitiesCommunicate effectively with supervisors, family members, and care team membersRequirements:Prior experience as a DSP, caregiver, home health aide, or in a related field preferredGenuine compassion, patience, and respect for individuals with disabilitiesAbility to pass a background check as required by Minnesota state regulationsValid driver's license and reliable transportation preferredStrong communication and documentation skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsCPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)About Us:ACMA Homecare Inc is a trusted homecare provider serving the Minneapolis, MN community with a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care.
