Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive Preventive Maintenance programs for each machineInstall, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all equipmentMaintain detailed maintenance histories, including parts usageDiagnose mechanical, electrical, and CNC issues effectivelyOperate and qualify on forklifts and scissor liftsWork variable hours, including nights and weekends as neededFollow all OSHA safety rules related to machinery and equipmentImplement continuous improvement using lean manufacturing principlesServe as a professional liaison with vendors and contractorsPerform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Valid Driver LicenseAbility to lift up to 75 poundsEffective communication with office and plant personnelHigh expertise with CNC routers, Turret, Punch Press, Brake, and Shear machineryHigh school diploma or equivalent2-3 years of maintenance technician experience in manufacturing
