The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of inventory control to ensure inventory accuracy, organization, and efficiency throughout the warehouse. ✅ Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
✅ Ability to regularly lift and maneuver up to 30 pounds overhead
✅ Comfortable handling large, awkward materials, including panels measuring up to 125" long by 60" wide
Preferred
⭐ Previous machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment
⭐ Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
⭐ Experience working with calipers, micrometers, and quality inspection tools
Work Environment
⚠️ This position is performed in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a hot warehouse environment, particularly during warmer months.
Schedule
Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Saturday Overtime 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM, as needed

As a Production Associate, you will play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations by operating injection molding equipment, performing quality inspections, and helping ensure production goals are met safely and efficiently.

Start up and shut down production equipment safely and efficientlyOperate 500-ton to 1500-ton injection molding machinesAssist with workflow setup to maximize productivity and efficiencyUtilize process monitoring equipment, testing equipment, and gauging toolsLoad and unload materials from machines, carts, and dolliesInspect products to ensure quality and specification requirements are metMark and identify parts accuratelyAssist with machine changeovers as neededRecord production and quality data accuratelyFollow written work instructions and production proceduresWork closely with supervisors and team members to achieve production goalsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentPerform basic preventative maintenance tasks as requiredSupport continuous improvement and team initiativesParticipate in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) programs and objectivesPerform other duties as assignedQualifications
