What you'll do:
Contact clients regarding delinquent accounts for unsecured loansNegotiate payment options to early stage collection accountsUtilize your strong negotiations skills to bring delinquent accounts back to performing statusProvide exceptional member experienceExercise discretion and independent judgmentProcess requests and account changeInbound/Outbound calls
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year Collections experience strongly preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to stay organized while working on multiple tasksExcellent Attendance throughout trainingInitial training conducted onsite in our Tempe officeWorking onsite 1 day per month required
Additional information
Pay: $19.50 + Monthly Bonus and additional shift differential available for closing shift (10a-7p).
Shift: Monday-Friday 6a-3p, 7a-4p, or 10a-7p
