The Service Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of service work orders for the Generator Department.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
? Schedule service technicians daily in an efficient manner
? Respond to incoming service related calls.
? Assist external customers with their service needs
? Prepare quotations of all service related projects and follow up on a weekly basis. Projects include emergency calls, scheduled service calls, and preventative maintenance agreements.
? Monitor all daily invoicing and work in progress (WIP) report on a daily basis
? Work closely with the parts department to make sure all parts are on hand for the technicians' service jobs
? Monitor and schedule all periodic maintenance agreements
