General Summary:
The Director of Field Operations is responsible for the execution, performance, and leadership of all field-related activities within Ace Technologies, including special projects, contract work, service operations, inspections, and specialized systems.
This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of life safety, security, and technology solutions across all projects and service lines. The Director of Field Operations drives operational excellence, workforce productivity, and customer satisfaction while supporting the companys mission.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Ace Technologies, the Director of Field Operations serves as a key operational leader responsible for translating business strategy into successful field execution. This is an in-person position based out of our Macon or Valdosta, Georgia office.

Field Operations Leadership
Lead all field operations across service, projects, contracts, inspections, and specialized systems.Ensure consistent execution of work in alignment with company standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations.Establish clear accountability for performance across all field leadership roles.Drive operational discipline in scheduling, labor management, and job execution.Responsible for actively promoting and maintaining high employee morale to foster a positive, productive, and engaged work environment.Project & Service Execution
