Job Purpose:
A Service Coordinator assist with managing all personnel and administrative aspects of the branches overhead crane service work. The Service coordinator will field varying types of service requests from customers. The service requests will require the Service Coordinator to be efficient and resourceful with dispatching technicians, order entry, reviewing reports and procurement. The position is vital to providing support to other Ace team members and our customers. Administrative duties include HR assistance, safety and fleet services support.

· Perform inspections, repairs and maintenance on overhead cranes and hoists, below the hook devices and other lifting devices.
· Serve as an on site service technician to provide after hours service, as required.

Each Monday and Friday is an “in branch/office” day working with the branch team members, planning, making outbound sales calls by phone/email, performing admin responsibilities (quoting renewals and other service quotes, completing expenses, setting up visits, logging activity into NetSuite, and prepping for the Monday Branch Meeting). Friday can be an exception if a salesperson has scheduled appointments with prospects and/or customers.
• Minimum 5-10 meetings per week with prospects and existing customers via set appointments.
• Appropriate “on site” cold calls “cloverleafing” (may vary based on territory).
• Minimum 30-40 outbound sales engagements via phone and email.
• Utilizing Maps and Netsuite identify, target and engage in 10+ Targets to generate 2-5 new inspection contract quote opportunities with 25+ units per week.

Job Summary
A field service technician will provide quality installation, inspections, maintenance and repair service for hoist and crane equipment. A field service technician will also uphold the highest level of professional integrity and ethics as required to instill customer confidence and continued success in service.
Essential Duties
•Troubleshoot, repair and inspect overhead cranes and hoists, below the hook devices and other lifting devices.
•Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities on equipment.
•Support customers by effectively interfacing with customer and office in repairing equipment as needed.
•Evaluate and make recommendations regarding required repairs for customers.
•Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; and recommending system improvements.
•Service overhead crane systems by performing quality installations; performing OSHA/ANSI equivalent inspections; documenting and completing warranty work; troubleshooting breakdowns; performing preventive maintenance; and responding to emergency service/breakdown calls.
•Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, and inspection checklist.
•Builds and maintains customer confidence by maintaining good response time, informing customer of problems, and completing the job in a timely manner.
•Maintain professional presentation, timeliness, appearance, and organization in all areas.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Normal days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., but this is a 24/7 service position. This position regularly requires long hours (up to but not to exceed 14 hours) and weekend work.

Travel is primarily local during the business days, although out-of-town and overnight travel is expected.

Position: Territory Sales Representative
Reports To: Western Director of Sales
Employee Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $75-85K (plus commission)
The territory sales representative will work to grow the existing customer base, create new opportunities, and exceed monthly business objectives while adhering to company polices.
Essential Duties
· Responsible for the sales of Ace Industries Inc. services and product offerings.
· Network with existing customers to increase sales, retain business, and cultivate strong relationships.
· Solicit prospective new business opportunities.
· Meet and exceed monthly quota based on company growth objectives.
· Conduct daily sales meetings and presentations to achieve monthly goals.
· Strong understanding of industry specific services and product offerings available.
· Maintain professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity, and tact to portray the company in a positive manner.
· Organize sales efforts and joint sales calls with vendors and Ace Industries Strategic Accounts team.
· Utilize NetSuite for sales planning, log sales activity in real-time, enter quotes, manage territory and leverage technology by using tools such a AI and iPad.
· Create quote builders in NetSuite and provide product quotes and proposals to customers as needed.

Expectations
· Each Monday and Friday is an “in branch/office” day working with the branch team members, planning, making outbound sales calls by phone/email, performing admin responsibilities (quoting, time entry, expenses, logging activity into NetSuite). Friday can be an exception if a salesperson has scheduled appointments with prospects and/or customers. Communicate with your area sales director on weekly activities and planning.
· Minimum 7-10 meetings per week with prospects and existing customers via set appointments.
· Appropriate “on site” cold calls “cloverleafing” (may vary based on territory).
· Minimum 30-40 outbound sales engagements via phone and email.
· Minimum of 25-40 for the 90 day ramp up and 50-75 total NetSuite logged customer interactions per week thereafter.
· Utilizing Google Maps and NetSuite to identify, target and engage in 10+ Targets to generate 2-5 new inspection contract quote opportunities with 25+ units per week.
· After 90-120 days ramp up the expectation is to generate 4-5 new inspection contracts per month.
· Driver of the exiting inspection renewals, by contacting the customer, creating quoting and obtaining purchase orders to renew the contract.
Required Education and Experience
· 4-7 years of experience in outside sales.
· Knowledge of Technology, CRM, AI, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
· Must be mechanically inclined.
· Capable of preserving confidential or sensitive information.
· Effective time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
· Persuasive communication skills.
· Team player and should work well under pressure. Works with the branch manager for growing our existing business.
· Strong closing skills and proven ability to achieve sales objectives.
