Responsible for the assessment and plan of care of home health patients in accordance with the RN scope of practice and in compliance with CMS guidelines and regulations for home health care. Qualifications:
Graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy AssociationRegistered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy AssociationTwo years of clinical experience as an occupational therapistMinimum of 1 year of Home Health experience preferredDemonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skillPossesses and maintains current CPR CertificationValid drivers licenseHere's What Sets Us Apart
