    Requirements and Qualifications1 year of forklift driving experienceExperience in a manufacturing or warehouse environmentLift and carry up to 50 pounds of materialExtreme attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks, detecting problems, and reporting information accordingly Competent verbal and written communication as appropriate for the needs of operational processes and interacting with other employee ownersBasic reading comprehension to read tags without transposing part numbers.
