    Position Summary

    Our client provides large-scale, full-service custom merchandise production, especially for the music, entertainment, and brand industries, using its proprietary platform to manage services like screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, and finishing. They act as a technology-powered partner for clients to create, manufacture, and sell their own branded merchandise, offering creative, logistics, and technology services to streamline the entire process from sourcing to final fulfillment. They seek a Maintenance Supervisor for their Chicago location. This individual will have a strong background in electrical systems to oversee, maintain, and elevate our facilities. This role blends hands-on electrical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring our production spaces, equipment, and infrastructure remain safe, reliable, organized, and spotless at all times. The ideal candidate will be a licensed electrician who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and takes pride in championing the cleanliness, order, and operational excellence of our entire facility.

    Position Duties

    Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, wiring, circuits, panels, outlets, and lighting across the facility.

    Maintain and repair production machinery and equipment with electrical components, including screen-printing presses, dryers, and embroidery machines, etc.

    Perform preventive electrical maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

    Ensure all electrical work meets local, state, and national codes.

    Lead the maintenance team, assigning tasks and prioritizing electrical and facility projects.

    Train staff on proper equipment use, electrical safety, and basic troubleshooting.

    Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized work when required.

    Maintain a facility-wide standard of cleanliness and order, ensuring work areas, storage, and equipment are always in top condition.

    Develop and enforce organizational systems for tools, supplies, and materials.

    Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.

    Promote a proactive, "fix it before it breaks" mindset throughout the team.

    Facilities & Safety Oversight

    Oversee facility power distribution and ensure systems can meet production needs.

    Manage electrical inventory, tools, and supplies.

    Maintain compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and company safety protocols.

    Support general maintenance tasks when needed (plumbing, HVAC, building repairs).

    Desired Skills & Experience:

    Licensed electrician

    5+ years of electrical experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.

    Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, blueprints, and safety codes.

    Experience with troubleshooting industrial machinery and control systems.

    Leadership or supervisory experience in a maintenance or facilities role.

    Experience in a printing, textile, or creative manufacturing environment.

    Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish

    The staffing coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for our applicants. This role involves understanding client staffing needs and ensuring the successful recruitment and placement of candidates to fill those needs. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in recruiting, preferably in the staffing industry and be bilingual in English and Spanish.


    Pay, Schedule, and Location

    $20-$21 hourly, plus bonus potential. Compensation based on experience.Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision.Our offices are open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the account manager must be available after hours based on client needs.Located in Crystal Lake, IL


    Duties and Responsibilities

    Understand the needs of our clients and recruit a pipeline to fill those needs.Educate and sell candidates on various details of our open positions.Employing both verbal and written communication, effectively persuade clients of candidates' qualifications.Thoroughly screen applicants to accurately fill positions with specific requirements.Document interactions with clients and employees.Solve problems and resolve conflicts.Visit client sites and attend job fairs as needed.Interview, hire, and manage a candidate pool according to Accurate Personnel policy.
