You must be able to de-escalate situations in real-time while maintaining company standards.Unmatched Availability: This role requires a "whatever it takes" mindset. You must be available for extended hours and overtime, often with little to no notice, to support our client's changing production needs.Agile Workforce Management: Manage field employees (attendance, coaching, and terminations) in an environment where priorities can change by the hour.Proactive Site Leadership: Walk the floor at least 3x daily to identify potential safety or personnel issues before they escalate.     This position involves significant travel; You will be expected to visit client sites locally, regionally, and/or nationally to conduct safety evaluations, deliver OSHA training, and ensure ongoing compliance. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, in addition to the ability to fly.



    Pay, Schedule, and Location

    Responsibilities

    Advise on items that are discrepant with prospect clients and make recommendations to minimize safety risks to ensure a successful partnership.Oversee and occasionally direct accident investigations to identify root cause and make recommendations for process improvement.Collaborate with managers to monitor compliance of current clients and oversee the safety observation reports submitted to conduct trend analysis.Educate employees on safety standards and expectations.Maintain documentation of the company's safety procedures, accidents and related events.



    Qualifications for Safety Coordinator

    Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Payroll Coordinator to join our team at either of our corporate office in Sarasota, Florida or SchaumburgIllinois.


    In this essential role; the Payroll Coordinator is responsible for accurate payroll processing, timely collection of hours from clients, and resolving discrepancies. This role involves building strong client relationships and delivering excellent customer service while managing employee records. The ideal candidate will cultivate strong relationships with client contacts, provide exceptional customer service, support payroll administrative functions, and demonstrate attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


    Pay, Schedule, and Location

    $22-26/hr plus overtime, based on experience.Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision.Our offices are open Monday to Friday.Located at the Corporate offices in Sarasota, FL or Schaumburg, IL.


    Duties and Responsibilities

    Collect hours from clients weekly to ensure smooth payroll processing.Enter direct deposits and garnishments for payroll.Foster strong connections with clients to receive necessary payroll information promptly.Address issues between clients and employees regarding hours, pay, and other payroll concerns.Send payroll requests to the Accurate Payroll department by Tuesday at 2 PM.Generate and upload client-specific timesheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Maintain accurate payroll records by pulling and uploading time clock reports.Address associates' payroll inquiries with professionalism.Review time entry reports on Mondays and Thursdays for payroll accuracy.Check holiday reporting for compliance with company policies.Proofread all communications, using proper email etiquette when interacting with clients and colleaguesOffer friendly customer service by answering calls.Attend meetings punctually and prepared, supporting the team and stakeholders in achieving company objectives.


    Requirements and Qualifications

    1+ years in payroll experience or a related field, with a solid understanding of payroll processes and regulations.Familiarity with payroll software and Google Suite.Ability to maintain accurate records and resolve discrepancies.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on maintaining positive relationships with clients and associates.Capability to analyze payroll and time clock data for accuracy.Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.Willingness to support team members and collaborate effectively.Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive payroll and employee information.
