Key Responsibilities
Load, transport, and deliver products to customers safely and on time.Verify delivery orders and ensure the correct items are delivered.Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules.Obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery when required.Inspect vehicles before and after trips and report maintenance needs.Maintain accurate delivery records and logs.Follow traffic laws and company safety policies.Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve minor delivery issues.Assist with loading and unloading goods as needed.Qualifications
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Previous delivery or driving experience is required.Ability to lift and carry packages up to 60 lbs if required.Strong communication and customer service skills.Good organizational and time management skills.Ability to use GPS and mobile delivery applications.Able to pass a background check and drug test.Skills

We are looking for experienced warehouse associates to complete our team.Great opportunity to supplement your current income or to work with your busy schedule. Responsibilities include unloading and loading trailers, sorting and scanning product to the correct routes, assisting supervisors in meeting departure deadlines, and keeping the warehouse clean. You will be responsible for reporting shortages, damages, etc. and making early morning deliveries to clients. You will assist with providing daily reports to management. Duties include but not limited to
Manage the daily operations of the office and administrative staff.Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service.Coordinate with dispatchers and drivers to ensure timely deliveries and effective communication.Maintain delivery schedules, customer records, invoices, and company files.Prepare billing, invoices, payroll information, and other financial documentation.Monitor office supplies and order inventory as needed.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulations.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally.Prepare reports on delivery performance, office productivity, and operational metrics.Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and organize company documents.Support management with administrative projects and process improvements.Qualifications
Minimum of 2–5 years of office management or administrative experience.Experience in transportation, logistics, or delivery services.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.Knowledge of A/R, A/P, invoicing, and payroll processes.Required Skills
