Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toiletingProvide clients with mobility assistance, transfers and help with exercises as neededPrepare meals and help with feeding if necessaryAdminister medication under the supervision of a nurse or other healthcare providerMaintain a clean and safe environment for clientsAccompany clients to appointments and social outingsMonitor changes in client’s health and report any concernsProvide companionship and emotional supportQualifications
