We're looking for a Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end marketing for CyberSat Summit — a B2B space cybersecurity conference — with primary accountability for driving conference revenue and putting the right professionals in the room. This role will also support attendee marketing for SATELLITE x GovMilSpace, contributing to audience acquisition and registration efforts for the broader SATShow Week program. This role reports to the Group Marketing Director and requires a firm grasp of marketing across brand, content, digital, and event strategy — and the ability to execute across all of it. There is real room here for an entrepreneurial mindset: you will set your own agenda, build the strategy, and own the outcomes. Core Responsibilities Conference Revenue don't wait to be asked what the numbers mean Optimize email performance, registration funnel conversion, and audience targeting on an ongoing basis Event Technology bring ideas to the team What We're Looking For Skills and channel experience matter, but we're most interested in how you work: You connect the dots yourself. You don't wait to be shown what needs attention — you're already watching it. You lead with results. Your measure of success is revenue and the right people registered — not campaigns sent. You have genuine curiosity about the audience. You want to understand who attends, why they come, and what messaging actually moves them. You like to test. You have opinions about what will work and you're willing to run the experiment to find out. You communicate proactively. You keep your manager and stakeholders informed without being asked — especially when something is off track. You're a natural collaborator. Close coordination with content and sales isn't optional — your results will depend on it. You can ramp up mid-cycle. CyberSat '26 is already in motion.
