    Position Summary

    Work in collaboration with a skilled care team that includes dedicated providers, benefits specialists, front desk receptionists, behavioral health consultants and others to provide quality health services and resources to meet our patients' needs. Assist providers with onsite procedures. Take vital signs, perform phlebotomy and administer medications/vaccines directly to patients. Assist patients by responding to questions, returning calls, scheduling appointments and reviewing medical records. Continue to grow your knowledge base through extensive clinical training and technical training with Epic, one of the leading Electronic Medical Record Systems globally.

    RequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalentMedical Assistant diploma from an accredited programCPR/Basic Life Support CertificationMinimum of one (1) year experience or clinical externshipBasic proficiency with EMR (Epic preferred)Ability to work some evenings and SaturdaysBilingual English/SpanishBenefitsTuition reimbursement and student loan forgiveness programs for qualifying individualsComprehensive healthcare coverage including Medical, Dental, and VisionGenerous PTO403(B) retirement plan and financial resources to help you save and plan for your retirementLife InsuranceOpportunity to participate in cross-departmental committees to innovate and transform our care delivery model and our workplace

    ACCESS is a Network of Federally Qualified Health Centers treating patients on the frontlines of community-based health care. Depending on position applied/being recruited for, candidates may be required to be vaccinated against communicable diseases and provide supporting documentation proving that they are properly vaccinated, or apply for religious and/or medical vaccination exemption as a part of the application process.

    The pay ranges provided represent the minimum to mid-range for positions. Actual compensation will be determined based on a combination of factors including years of experience, educational background, market conditions, and available grant funding.
