    THE WORK:You’ll manage, oversee, and coordinate all facets of the pre-construction, bid, award, construction, and close-out phases of assigned K-12 construction projects, ensuring each phase is executed according to established timelines, budgets, and specifications.You’ll review pre-construction documents and submit necessary comments to the designer, ensuring that all project documents align with requirements and standards before the construction phase begins.You’ll plan, organize, and prepare comprehensive reports on the status and progress of ongoing projects, keeping upper management informed of key developments and any issues or risks that may arise during the project lifecycle.You’ll coordinate with all relevant public agencies during both pre-construction and construction phases to ensure compliance with all off-site work regulations. You’ll work closely with clients and project staff to ensure alignment with project goals.You’ll monitor the project budget monthly to ensure it accurately reflects the project's status and progress. Takes corrective actions when necessary to keep the project on budget and ensures proper documentation of all financial transactions.You’ll manage daily activities of contractors, review their construction schedules, and evaluate submittals. Coordinate responses to contractors' inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues or concerns.You’ll receive, review, and negotiate contractor change order proposals to ensure fair and reasonable pricing in line with the General Conditions of the contract. Addresses any schedule impacts related to the changes in a timely manner according to project specifications.You’ll monitor and manage the payment process for contractors, architects, engineers, and other relevant parties. Ensures that payments are processed according to contract terms and in compliance with project schedules.You’ll administer the provisions of Professional Service Agreements between architects and the client, ensuring that all deliverables and timelines are met. Coordinates the delivery of related fixtures, furniture, and equipment necessary for the completion of the project.You’ll monitor and manage the project close-out process, ensuring that all construction activities are completed and that the financial aspects of the project are properly closed out.     THE WORK:You'll oversee administrative needs for a team of program managers and project managers to develop management procedures, coordinate with various Airport and County Agencies along with selected design and construction contractors.  You'll perform a variety of routine and non-routine administrative clerical and data collection tasks for supervisor and project team members.You'll perform various administrative, clerical, data collection, data entry and report writing tasks.You'll prepare letters, reports, memos, and other documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.You'll gather statistics and general data; review and combine this information into established reports for use internally.You'll monitor and coordinate project communications and workflow processes in Project Management Information Software (PMIS).You'll scan, transmit, bind documents, reports and proposals as required.You'll develop new reports or revise existing reports as directed.     THE WORK:You’ll manage, oversee and coordinate all facets of the pre-construction, bid and award, construction and close-out phase of all assigned projects.You’ll review pre-construction documents and submit comments to Designer as necessary.You'll plan, organize, and prepare reports to upper management with respect to the status and/or progress of the projects.You'll coordinate with all pertinent public agencies during pre-construction and construction to comply with all off-site work and coordinate with various District and Project staff.You'll manage both the project budget and schedule to meet the District’s qualitative standards; monitor the project budget on a monthly basis and ensure that the budget accurately reflects the project status/progress.You'll manage daily activities of the contractor, review contractors’ construction schedules and submittals, and coordinate responses to the contractors’ inquiries thru the Requests for Clarifications (RFC) and other related documents.You'll review substitution submittals from contractors to ensure specification and/or District requirements are complied with.You'll receive, review, and negotiate Contractor Change Order Proposal(s) to achieve a fair & reasonable price in accordance with the General Conditions; review and address any and all Schedule impacts in accordance with the project specifications in a timely manner.You'll review the process and monitor payments for the contractor, architects, engineers and any other pertinent parties.You'll administer provisions of Professional Service Agreements between Architects and the District.You'll coordinate District delivery of related fixtures, furniture and equipment.You'll monitor and manage project close-out with respect to project certification with the Division of State Architects (DSA) and project financial close out.You'll perform other duties as assigned.Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction managementEight (8) years' full time professional experience in the Project/Construction Management of Commercial and/or Public/Educational Facility Construction with full responsibility for coordinating complex projects with construction values up to $2M or moreBONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:Experience in utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM)Experience in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified projects and/or the Collaborative for High Performing Schools (CHPS)Experience with the Division of State Architects (DSA) construction/design/certification processCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
