    As a Market Operations Manager, you’ll serve as the operational leader for your entire market—overseeing the day-to-day operations across our center-based, school-based, and in-home therapy programs. You’ll ensure smooth execution of administrative and clinical operations, foster an engaging and supportive team culture, and help deliver outstanding experiences for clients and families.

    You’ll work closely with the Regional Operations Manager and Center Directors to align strategy, drive quality and efficiency, and support continued growth in your market. As your market grows, you will also oversee an Associate Operations Manager (AOM) who will help you manage scheduling, culture building, staff support, and environmental excellence across the region.

    What You’ll Do

    Administrative & Market Operations

    Oversee daily operations across center, school, and home service lines to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client and teammate experiences.Manage market schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently.Support marketing and outreach efforts through community events and partnerships.Lead client pipeline process, supporting families from FBA scheduling through start date.Ensure centers are consistently set-up to uphold safety, quality, and brand standards.

    Staff Leadership & Culture

    Lead, coach, and develop staff to drive engagement, accountability, and culture.Support BT training + onboarding to provide a great experience and ensure operational excellence.Celebrate team wins and build a positive, inclusive market culture by hosting teambuilding events, coordinating team meals, and being a hype leader!Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to develop your team.Supervise the Associate Operations Manager as the market matures, delegating scheduling and culture initiatives.Support critical conversations, deliver difficult feedback, and help the team by adhering to performance management expectations and processes. 

    Compliance & Quality Assurance

    Ensure full compliance with all licensing, safety, and regulatory requirements.Conduct periodic audits and implement improvements to maintain operational excellence.Promote adherence to company policies and client safety protocols.Partner with clinical leadership to maintain the highest standards of care.Conduct caregiver attendance conversations to improve client utilization and support the overall growth and performance of the center.

    Communication & Collaboration

    Serve as the market liaison among center staff, families, and leadership.Co-lead staff meetings, team huddles and share key updates.Act as the primary operational contact for school-based partners and local stakeholders.Represent Accel at community and networking events to strengthen relationships and awareness.Who We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field (strongly preferred)2+ years of management experience in an ABA or related healthcare setting; multi-site experience preferredExcellent leadership, communication, and operational management skillsComfortable managing a fast-paced, multi-location environmentBilingual in Spanish a plusWhy Join Accel Therapies?
