    This is a hybrid role providing ABA support to clients in-center and in-home between our two centers. Center sessions occur between 8 AM–5 PM, and in-home sessions may take place afterward, ending as late as 7 PM. Schedules are planned in advance so you always know what your day looks like.

    What You'll Do

    As a Jr. RCM Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting our billing and revenue cycle operations by:

    Posting ERA payments accurately and efficientlyEntering and managing insurance authorizationsConducting weekly insurance eligibility and benefits verificationPreparing and submitting weekly and monthly billing claimsPerforming pre-billing quality assurance checksSupporting patient responsibility collectionsFollowing up with insurance payors and assisting with accounts receivableMonitoring unconverted sessions and identifying billing issues before they become larger problems

    What We're Looking For

    Qualifications:

    Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, OR equivalent experience/ billing certification1–2 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), medical billing, or healthcare administrationStrong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skillsAbility to manage repetitive administrative tasks with accuracy and consistencyA proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
