    Position Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Deburr Technician / Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for removing burrs, sharp edges, and imperfections from metal components while ensuring all parts meet quality and customer specifications. Candidates must be able to read engineering drawings and accurately use a tape measure.

    Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesRemove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material from machined and fabricated metal parts.Smooth, polish, and finish components using hand and power tools.Operate grinders, sanders, deburring tools, and other finishing equipment safely and effectively.Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.Measure parts using a tape measure, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.Identify and report defects or discrepancies to supervisors.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.QualificationsPrevious experience in manufacturing, machining, fabrication, metal finishing, or a related production environment required.Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprints.Must be able to accurately read and use a tape measure.Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers preferred.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.BenefitsWeekly PayFull-Time OpportunityOvertime AvailableStable Manufacturing Environment
