  Experienced HVAC Technician

We're excited to offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus for a qualified, experienced HVAC technician who's passionate about delivering excellent service and keeping customers comfortable all year round. You'll be responsible for a variety of work orders, visiting homes and businesses to work on HVAC, Indoor air quality, refrigeration, and control systems. The ideal candidate has the technical skills to identify and isolate problems, is familiar with using hand and power tools, has strong communication skills to explain what needs to be repaired, replaced, or installed, and why. When necessary, you'll upsell and educate customers on preventative maintenance plans and air quality solutions.

  Compensation:

  $45 - $55 hourly

  
  Responsibilities:Service HVAC systems to keep customers' homes comfortable throughout the yearCheck that the newly installed components function properlyEstimate costs of installation, repairs, and services to customersDiagnose and repair HVAC problems, including component installation and replacementMaintain records and complete notes for completed jobs to keep customer records up to date
  Qualifications:Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving recordWe require candidates to have a high school diploma or equivalent1+ years' experience in the field as an HVAC tech or equivalentMust have good communication skills

  We’re looking for an enthusiastic, professional receptionist to join our team! You’ll play a crucial role as the voice and first point of contact for our organization. Other responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, communicating with customers to schedule appointments, data entry, managing customer files, delivering parts to technicians, and other assignments as needed to ensure efficient business operations.   Responsibilities:Greet customers with a friendly voice while taking detailed information to ensure accurate appointments are scheduledConstantly communicate with technicians in order to ensure jobs are being completed accurately and efficientlyDrive the company work vehicle to deliver parts to technicians who are on jobsAccurately maintain customer records by saving photos and notes through the use of company protocolsAssist the office manager and staff with other administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, copying, filing, etc
  Qualifications:Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferredPossesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skillsHigh school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent\Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
