This position will directly support the programs ability to scale by ensuring users have the materials, guidance, and support needed to effectively leverage the platform. By strengthening the training and user enablement function, this role will help reduce dependency on overextended technical SMEs, improve onboarding and knowledge transfer, and support the broader mission through more effective use of modern cloud, data, and analytics capabilities. An approximate salary range for this position is $150,000-$240,000.
